Shipping policy

We aim to get your non-personalized order packed and ready to go within 1 to 2 business days. For personalized items, please allow 5 to10 business days for us to customize & ship your order. We'll reach out ASAP if there's any unexpected delay getting your order out the door.

We currently ship using USPS. Please understand that once your package leaves our hands, we're no longer responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping or after delivery.

Important Note on Lost or Damaged Packages:

It's the customer's responsibility to file any claims for lost or damaged packages directly with USPS. Please be aware that First Class USPS mail does not include insurance, so claims cannot be filed for packages shipped via this method.
