CHANGE ORDER INFORMATION

Act Fast! Time is of the essence.

Due to our quick processing times, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or modifications to your order once it has been placed. If you have a change request, please contact us immediately at orders@lowcountrystitch.com or call 843-379-7710. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or alter orders that have already been sewn or shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags are still attached.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

For items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return them.

Important Notes on Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit only.

  • All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please note that due to the custom nature of most of our products, all personalized items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.

If your personalized order is incorrect or there was an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will gladly redo your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to offer exchanges for unused and unwashed merchandise with the original tags still attached. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & MATCHING

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching on any of our merchandise.
